Sentia is currently seeking an Information Systems Manager who would be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and leading the management of the Information Systems at Sentia.
This includes the following:
• Responsibility for Sentia’s information systems including the Cloud and customer’s infrastructure network: assemble, manage and grow the team of information systems personnel to design, implement and operate and administer computer systems, computer security, network and information systems.
• Meet with existing clients and prospects to discuss system requirements, specification, costs and timelines.
• Develop policies, security and procedures for computer systems operations and cross train members on it.
• Oversee the budget and control the costs for information systems projects for clients.
• Mentor, recruit and supervise computer engineers, technicians, support operations and other personnel to enable growth.
• Ability to deal with vendors to enable the optimal Information Systems development at Sentia and it’s customers.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• 10+ Yrs experience in Information Systems IT technology area – system analysis and supervisory experience.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration and / or computer science.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites and remote offices.
• Willingness to travel within the GTA, Canada, and abroad.
• Willingness to work after regular business hours and weekends.
