Sentia is currently seeking a Technical Specialist who would be responsible for implementation or remote support for the following solutions.
- Exchange, SharePoint Active Directory, SQL
- VMware, VMware View, Hyper-V
- Server and Storage Infrastructure
- 5+ Yrs experience implementing and managing solutions around Microsoft products (Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc…)
- Experience in administering virtualization platforms (VMware, VMware View Hyper-V, Xen, etc…)
- Familiarity with deploying and troubleshooting Windows desktop and server operating systems
- Networking skills including Ethernet switching and TCP/IP suite
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently at customer sites and remote offices
- Ability to assist in Level 1 and 2 support issues with managed customers
- Willingness to travel within the GTA, Canada, and abroad
- Willingness to work after regular business hours and weekends
Additional Beneficial Skills:
- Experience with SAN, NAS, DAS
- Experience with iSCSI and Fiberchannel (FC) protocol
- Experience with SAN fabric switches (Brocade, Qlogic)
- Experience with x86 Servers
- Experience with Linux operating system and distributions
- Ability and willingness to learn new technology
